Policy on Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers can request return on the items for refund or replacement. Refund can only be issued if the return is requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the item. After 30 days, only replacement can be issued. Customers can request returns by emailing the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org
Order#, SKU#, Qty to be returned, Reason for return, and refund or replacement option.
Shipping cost for the return has to be paid by the customer, and replacement will be shipped at no shipping cost to the customer. Customers must ensure that they return packages with the original items shipped and the items must be packaged to ensure no physical or functional damage to the item.
